Abdalla Salem El-Badri, Secretary General of OPEC

HE Abdalla Salem El-Badri was appointed OPEC Secretary General on 1 January 2007. He began his oil industry career with Esso Standard (now ExxonMobil) in 1965 after studies in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance and Management in the United States and Libya.  In 1977, he became a member of the Board of Directors of Libya’s Umm Al-Jawaby Oil Company, moving on to become Chairman of the Waha Oil Company (a joint venture company between the Libyan National Oil Company, Conoco, Amerada Hess and Marathon Oil) in 1980.  In 1983, he became Chairman of the Libyan National Oil Company, before being made Minister of Petroleum in 1990. His ministerial career continued with his appointment as Minister of Energy, Oil and Electricity (1993-2000) and Deputy Prime Minister (2000-2004), before he returned to the chairmanship of the Libyan National Oil Company (2004-2006).

bet亚洲娱乐场官网During the latter half of 1994, he was both President and Secretary General of OPEC, and again served as its president in 1996 and 1997. He has been a frequent speaker at numerous international industry events. In 2013 he was awarded The Abdullah Bin Hamad Al-Attiyah International Energy Award for the Lifetime Achievement for the Contribution to the Advancement of OPEC.

From 1987 to 1990 CEO of Kogalymneftegaz (oil production company), a division of Glavtyumenneftegaz within the Ministry of the Oil & Gas Industry of the USSR. From 1990 to 1991, Deputy, then First Deputy to the USSR Oil & Gas Industry Minister. From 1992 to 1993 President of Langepasuraykogalymneft (oil production group). Chairman of the Board of Directors of LUKOIL from 1993 to 2000. President of LUKOIL from 1993.

Robert Dudley is BP’s group chief executive. He was appointed an executive director of BP on 6 April 2009. Degree in Chemical Engineering (University of Illinois, USA), MIM from Thunderbird School of Global Management (USA) and an MBA from SMU (USA).
He joined Amoco Corporation in 1979, working in a variety of engineering and commercial posts. Between 1994 and 1997, he worked on corporate development in Russia. In 1997, he became general manager for strategy for Amoco and in 1999, following the merger between BP and Amoco, was appointed to a similar role in BP.

He also represented Mexico politically and diplomatically. Keisuke Sadamori was appointed Director of the Energy Markets and Security Directorate on 3 September 2012.
Prior to joining the IEA, Mr. Sadamori, a Japanese national, held many senior positions at the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and most recently was Deputy Director-General at the Minister’s Secretariat.
Mr. Sadamori served as the executive assistant to Prime Minister Kan in 2011, when the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami hit Japan, causing the Fukushima Nuclear Plant Accident. Before this, he worked on international energy affairs and was the representative of the Government of Japan in such fora as the IEA Governing Board in 2008 and 2009. He also served as the chief negotiator for trade and investment agreements with Asian countries in 2009
and 2010.
Mr. Sadamori received an LL.B. from University of Tokyo in 1983, and an M.P.A. from the Woodrow Wilson School, Princeton University in 1990.

José Alcides Santoro Martins  has been Petrobras Chief Gas and Power Officer since February 2012.  Mr. Alcides Santoro holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from USP – University of São Paulo.  He has been at Petrobras for 34 years and has held various management positions, as well as being board member of different subsidiaries of the Company.  He is also CEO of Gaspetro since March 2012.  He was the CEO at Termobahia S.A. from September 2008 to March 2012, at Termoceará Ltda., Termomacaé Ltda and Sociedade Fluminense de Energia Ltda from October 2008 to April 2012, of Fafen Energia S.A. from September 2008 to December 2011; at Termorio S.A. from August 2008 to December 2011; and at UTE Bahia I Camaçari Ltda. from September 2008 to December 2011.  He was also Director for Oil, Gas and Biofuels at the Empresa de Pesquisa Energética - EPE (Energy Research Company) from May 2005 to June 2006 and Technology Director at the Center for Gas & Renewable Energy Technology—CTGAS-ER from February 2004 to May 2005.  Mr. Santoro is the Chairman of the board of TAG and a member of the board of directors of Gaspetro, Transpetro and Braskem.

During 2009 - 2010, he was a Drilling Director for Groupement Bir Seba, Algeria, North Africa, a joint operating company between Sonatrach Algeria, PetroVietnam and PTTEP. During 2010 - 2013, he stepped up to be PTTEP Vice President, Drilling who responsible for drilling activities in PTTEP; domestic and international projects over 8 countries of various regions in 3 continents. In November 2013, he was appointed to be Acting Senior Vice President, Corporate Safety, Security, Health & Environment Division in PTTEP until present.

Anne Naess Myhrvold, Director General, Petroleum Safety Authority, Norway.

Anne Naess Myhrvold

Born in 1966, and has worked for BP Norge since 2002. She has been a member of this company’s top management as head of health, safety and the environment (HSE) since 2009. With an MSc in microbiology, her earlier posts include working in the safety area at the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (NPD). Myhrvold will take over as director general of the PSA from 1 May 2013.

engineer of work-over operations, Manager of Well-Completion Department, Adiyaman Deputy
District Manager and District Manager.
He served as a Member of the Board and Vice President through 2009 and 2013. He is currently
working as CEO and Chairman of Board (Acting).
Mr. Sisman speaks English and married with 2 children.
